These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, platforms, and related tools operated by Travel Radar ® and Zendegi ®, including affiliated services provided through Zendegi Travels and Flight Looker.

By accessing or using any part of our website or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Who We Are

AB Travel Radar Ltd. is a professional travel company providing flight booking services, travel advisory, and itinerary support directly through our authorized team. We serve clients globally, with dedicated regional service based in North America and support teams experienced in managing international reservations.

We are:

  • A licensed travel agency under Consumer Protection BC (Canada),

  • A certified IATA-accredited business,

  • A travel brand committed to transparent pricing, personal support, and fair travel solutions.


2. Bookings Made Directly Through Travel Radar®

All bookings made directly through Travel Radar®—via our official agents, website, WhatsApp support, or email—are supported by our in-house team. We provide guidance, assistance with itinerary changes, and service-related support within the scope of the booking provider’s policies.

Our responsibility applies only to transactions made directly through our licensed platforms.


3. Important Notice About Flight Looker

We also operate FlightLooker.com, a free flight comparison engine designed to help travelers search and compare flight prices across hundreds of travel websites.

Please note: Flight Looker is not a booking site. It does not process payments or issue tickets. Instead, it serves as a self-service tool for users to compare airfare options available online.

When you use Flight Looker, you are redirected to a third-party website to complete your booking. In these cases:

  • Travel Radar® does not store any booking or payment details.

  • Travel Radar® is not responsible for reservations made via third-party websites.

  • All post-booking support (refunds, changes, cancellations) must be handled directly with the provider you booked with.

To identify the ticket issuer, please refer to your booking confirmation or credit card statement.

4. Zero Liability for Third-Party Bookings

To maintain transparency:
Travel Radar® accepts no liability for travel arrangements not booked directly through our agents or official booking platforms.

This includes—but is not limited to—reservations made through:

  • Third-party websites found via FlightLooker.com

  • External travel aggregators

  • Advertisers or affiliate links

In these cases, all customer service and booking responsibilities lie with the third-party travel provider.


5. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide accurate, timely, and helpful service, all content on our websites and platforms is provided “as-is” and may be subject to change without notice. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, completeness, or accuracy of third-party content or pricing shown through our comparison tools.

We disclaim liability for:

  • Third-party booking or pricing errors

  • Delays or interruptions in service

  • Losses incurred from reliance on external providers


6. Changes to These Terms

Travel Radar® may revise these Terms from time to time. Any updates will be reflected on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes your agreement to the updated terms.
