Travel can be unpredictable. Travelers are strongly encouraged to protect themselves with insurance covering cancellations, interruptions, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. Insurance must be arranged by the traveler or requested via Travel Radar®. Travel Radar® is not responsible for uninsured trips.
4. Important Notice About Our Meta Flight Search Engine
We operate a meta flight search engine on TravelRadar.com, FlightLooker.com, and Zendegi.com—a free tool that allows travelers to search and compare flight prices across hundreds of travel websites.
Please note: This is not a booking site. It does not process payments or issue tickets. It is a self-service tool to help you compare airfare options online.
When using our meta flight search engine, you will be redirected to a third-party website to complete your booking. In these cases:
- Travel Radar® does not store any booking or payment information.
- Travel Radar® is not responsible for reservations made via third-party websites or flights booked through third-party agencies.
- All post-booking support—such as refunds, changes, or cancellations—must be handled directly with the provider you booked with.
- To identify the ticket issuer, please refer to your booking confirmation or credit card statement.
📘 For further guidance, visit the Flight Looker Help Center.
5. Zero Liability for Third-Party Bookings
Travel Radar® is not responsible for the quality, performance, or compliance of any third-party services or products booked through Flight Looker or partners. We act as an intermediary only.
6. Service Limitations
All information on our site is provided for general purposes. Travel Radar® does not guarantee availability, pricing, or travel conditions. Travelers must confirm details with the provider before purchase.
7. Changes to These Terms
Travel Radar® may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms take effect upon posting. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
8. Resolution of Disputes and Governing Law
Any dispute must first be submitted to Travel Radar® customer support: Contact Us. These Terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada, and the courts of BC have exclusive jurisdiction.
9. International Travel, Airline Policies, and Schedule Changes
- Montreal/Warsaw Conventions: May limit carrier liability for death or personal injury.
- Entry Requirements: Travelers must ensure passports, visas, and other documents are valid. Travel Radar® is not responsible for denied boarding or entry.
- Health & Vaccinations: Travelers must comply with health requirements, vaccinations, and medical guidance.
- Baggage & Fees: Airline baggage fees are not included and must be paid directly by the traveler.
- Check-In: Domestic: 90 min; International/US-Canada: 3 hrs minimum before departure.
- Schedule Changes: Airlines may change/cancel flights. Travel Radar® assists with notifications but is not liable for airline actions.
10. Cancellations, Changes, and Refunds
Bookings cannot be cancelled, changed, or refunded unless expressly stated. Travelers must follow Travel Service Provider rules. Travel Radar® will assist where permitted.
Refunds, if approved, may take time; all fees charged by Travel Radar® or providers are non-refundable.
